I am aware of and have read the provisions contained under the Bosch Code of Conduct and Acceptable Usage Policy. I acknowledge that I shall responsibly engage myself with the usage of the BGSW Talent Edge Platform and various extensions under it, in alignment with the said Code of Conduct and policies as well as act in accordance with confidentiality obligations. I understand that any inappropriate use of the said Platform, including unauthorized distribution or reassigning of rights, modification or creation of derivative works thereof or sharing of credentials with unauthorized colleagues or third parties will be against the provisions of the Code of Conduct and that I shall be liable for the legal consequences of breach of such provisions. BGSW retains all ownership of the Platform and access provided
to me is in lieu of my employment with a Bosch Group company and my nomination for rolerequisite training.

I understand and agree that BGSW may collect, maintain, process and use log files containing technical and related information, including but not limited to information about Device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services (if any) related to the Platform.
